Feeling shaky late in the morning

I have lost a good bit of weight this year using Noom. I've also been doing some degree of IF.
I'm more relaxed at the weekend and sometimes have a meal with family on Sundays which can be quite carby. As a result I tend to find I feel very shaky and slightly dissociates by late morning on Monday and Tuesday. It's like my body has to readjust to a low fuel state after the weekend. I don't have a blood sugar reader but I assume I'm a bit hypo. It resolves shortly after eating.

I think I've always been this way. Does anyone else feel hypoglycemic in the morning after cheat days if they're doing IF? How do you manage? I don't want to skip my cheat days as they make this sustainable for me.
I'm 38 and although I'm trying to lose some more weight I am fit and (now) within normal BMI range.

It sounds like those are days when you should be doing IF, but should have a (light) breakfast.

Alternatively, could you try and make the weekend meals less carby? It's the drop in blood sugar that's causing you to feel shaky.

Yes I think I'll do both basically. Thanks!

Sorry @Watdidusay I've just realised that there's a pretty important typo in there! I meant to say:

... sounds like those are days when you shouldn't be doing IF

Apologies! Blush
