Losing the last stone (and my will to live!!!)

Is anyone else in this position? I have lost nearly 4 and a half stone since having DS (I'm lighter now than I was when I got pregnant with him). But for the love of everything that is holy I cannot get the last stone off!

So far I have lost the weight by completely avoiding daddy diets. Just calorie counting and walking everywhere. I lost it over the course of 18 months so slow and steady. I have a walking pad now and am consistently hitting 12k steps a day (usually more). I count every single calorie I eat (I weigh stuff too to be sure).

I have my first wedding dress fitting in mid March and really want to be at my goal weight by then.

Unflavoured Kefir.
Drink every day to improve (&keep) good gut bacteria. It helped me drop the last of my weight & I never go up & down more that around 2-3 lbs. I do still track maintenance calories mind, but go over them fairy frequently and don’t balloon.

Oh that's interesting! I'm willing to try anything new at this point. Thanks 😊
