Hello, years ago I had the Paul McKenna cd’s and liked them but have lost one of them and no longer have a cd player so I want a downloadable version. You can download them from the Paul McKenna website but my books are so old they don’t have the code and online suggests one of the recordings is the wrong one anyhow.
does anyone have any recommendations for a weight loss hypnotherapy recording to listen as I fall asleep? ideally free ones but don’t mind paying.
