If you binge what's been your lowest moment?

Been talking to a friend today about diets and struggling with bingeing, I'm much more in control now, it still happens every now and again, but I used to binge a LOT.

I remember once fishing a fully wrapped and bagged McD's hamburger out the bin from the night before. I'd ordered a big McD as 'diet starts tomorrow' and didn't eat the hamburger. Woke up the next day and after a few hours gave up the diet and remembered the burger in the bin. It was totally wrapped and in a bag and not touching anything but I cringe when I think about it now.

I also remember when I'd go through the drive thru and order loads for myself I'd use words like 'can we get' or 'he'll have a...' to make it sound like I'm ordering for DH at home but it's for me 😂 I laugh about this now.

What about you?

Not sure if it's what you mean but I remember my lowest moment being unwrapping another (lost count of how many I'd had) pastry to binge eat one morning just as my DH came downstairs from a work call. He'd already seen me eat some, plus the big breakfast I'd made us. I was so embarrassed that he'd see me eating again that I put it in the bin before he got to the kitchen, literally threw away perfectly good food because I was worried he'd see me bingeing.

I just remember thinking, 'wtf. If you're embarrassed to be seen eating more then just stop'
