I started a thread like this before, but didn’t stick to it and it died very quickly. I intend to stick religiously to this one!
I’d like to lose 2lbs a week - who is with me?
I’m going to list here, achievable goals (similar to the princess threads):
• I’m 34 days nicotine free and want to stay that way.
• I’m 57 days teetotal (don’t have to stay this way, although I do feel better).
- 1 walk a day
- yoga daily
- cleanse, tone & moisturise once a day minimum
- drink 2L water
- do one dance workout a day
- eat no more than 1400 cals a day.
what are your goals?
I’d like to do weigh-ins on Monday, if that’s okay? Otherwise I’ll binge on the weekend.
