Hello!! I have been taking the tablets for a week now, did my weight check in and I have lost NOTHING . What am I doing wrong? I don't have much fat in my meals, should I be cutting out carbs? feeling really rubbish I have not lost anything. I do 10k steps a day, I do 4 strength workouts a week too.....

Orlistat stops you from absorbing all of the fat that you eat - that's why if you have a lot of fat in your diet, your stools will become greasy and unpleasant, because the drug is filtering the fat out. The drug has absolutely no impact on carbohydrates, or protein for that matter.

You need to be eating in a calorie deficit

That. If you are not losing you are eating too many calories.
