Just flagging this up in case it helps anyone! I'd got into really unhealthy eating patterns - loads of sugar and then more sugar when I crashed etc etc. Small children, life chaos etc. Decided to make a new year's resolution to eat more healthily (not esp to lose weight, although wouldn't mind!) and started on Jan 2 which happened to be last day of my period. And honestly think it has made SO MUCH difference. I def eat worse in the run up to my period, and in hindsight I think I just let the bad habit carry on all month. As it was, I didn't miss sugar etc because by the time PMT rolled around, I was into quite a different habit. And just had never thought about this before, so thought I would flag it up!
