I’ve cut sugar and white carbs for past 3 weeks and my cravings and hunger is very little now which I love.
my partner has noticed my face is slimmer and I can feel my clothes fitting better so I know my body has changed, however the scales show maybe 1-2 pounds of difference.
how is this possible?!
im not exercising more than usual so its not muscle gain or anything.
also why are we so fixated on scales when it is about how clothes are on us!! Wish I could just forget the scales!!
