Without more details it's impossible to say - what did you use with the eggs? Butter? Milk? Cream? How big was your portion at dinner? Do you drink tea with milk or sugar?

theoriginalszx · 19/01/2024 19:33

Eggs nothing just eggs and 1 cal spray
1 cup of tea all day
Milk no sugar
Medium size portion for tea

As above totally depends on how much of everything .. a plate of rice could be 1000 cals or a spoonful is 60/80 ish .. sauce could have cream in .. so many variables ..
The only way to calorie count is to weigh / scan absolutely everything

Download a calorie tracker app and it will work it out for you

MumChp · 19/01/2024 19:35

You should be able to find an app to sort out calories.

NahHumBrag · 19/01/2024 19:36

It’s impossible to tell OP (apart from the eggs - roughly 60-80 calories - and the lunch items which will have the calorie details will be on their wrappings).

Your idea of a ‘medium’ portion might be big or small compared to mine. Download My Fitness Pall and weigh and log everything.

theoriginalszx · 19/01/2024 19:37

I know the rice was around 260 cals (packet rice )
Not sure on sauce as I used cornflower on chicken then sauce was honey /soy sauce /ketchup /chilli flakes/lime juice /sweet chilli sauce

As above - really hard to say without knowing amounts. It could vary significantly. How thick and large was the slice of ham, how big is a 'spoon' of coleslaw, what type of biscuit, how much honey was in the honey soy chicken, was it chicken breast or thigh, what do you consider a medium amount of rice... it all adds up.

I weigh everything and use the nutritional info on the packet or something like MFP to track accurately.

Have you tried MyFitnessPal? It's tedious to weigh everything, but doing it for just a week or two will tell you all you need to know. You can put in the ingredients for home made stuff for an idea of how many calories in a sauce, pastry, mash or whatever.

I regularly cut back to 'normal' portions, but they creep back up without me noticing.

Just put it into my fitness pal , can’t expect others to do it for you
