I'm struggling today after a mini binge last night so I really need some inspiration! Please tell me if you have lost weight what little things did you notice that made you happy or if you are at the beginning of your journey what motivates you other than the obvious looking slimmer and weighing less.

For me I'm hoping one day to:

  • Curl up into a chair
  • Wear a sleeveless top
  • Not be asked why I have such a big bum or legs by the pre schoolers I work with!.
  • Sit on a bar stool without noticing my legs double in size.

I didn't cause a dam in the bath anymore 😁 (I have put loads of weight back on, but bought a bigger bath to compensate 😂)

Wearing clothes that have been in a cupboard for 5 years because they don't fit. There are some lovely things- a linen blazer, a sparkly jumper, a Jigsaw dress and a pair of fit flop boots thst wouldn't zip up all the way.

I can cut my toenails and tie shoelaces more easily.
My swimming towel now wraps round me better when going from the shower to the changing area.

I don't immediately think how fat I look on every single photo!

Finding a whole new wardrobe in the wardrobe of clothes I already had, some going back to the early 90's now fit

Finding myself looking for a swimsuit rather then a Burka :)

Being able to see my foof without having to look in the mirror

Yes! Am wondering if foof a slang word for lady bits or is it a typo of foot? Either way I can't see either of mine yet😃

I am today wearing a pair of size 14 jeans. This is not a size I have worn for many years and i am chuffed to bits with them.

Yes, this! It was very satisfactory when the water could once again flow over my body 😂

Being comfortable on plane and theatre seats and not worrying about encroaching into someone else's space.

Being ok with almost every photo of myself.

Wearing short skirts and skinny jeans, and they look OK. 😀
