I refreshed the page and the whole post disappeared for some reason?? So sorry if you replied in the first post
Hello. So it's been a year after giving birth and finally took my health back in action. I took a random pic about 2 months ago and when I wore the same dress again yesterday I felt like taking another picture. Honestly is there any difference? Its definitely true that the person themself can never see a difference and always see themselves as "fat". You become so used to your own body. I feel like I'm looking too hard to see a difference. Not doing this for attention just want to make sure what I'm doing is working or if I need to work harder/be patient. Thank you ladies and gent 😊

I have weighed myself ( going back up due to muscle gain )and measured with old clothing ( big difference) but I have no one to see in person for them to say. Wearing same bra and underwear ( not the exact same .. just the style) 😅

I think so from the photos you posted it looks like it! Well done! I haven't being dieting as such but started at the gym 6 months ago and am really seeing changes to my body now, my bum is creeping back up to the top of my thighs instead of hanging half way down them 😂

LightenUpTheRideIsShort · 18/01/2024 18:32

Huge difference!
Very noticeable, you don’t have the same -apologies, not trying to be rude about your before pic!-bulges on your bum, back and tummy that you did.
Turn the pic on its side, you had a deep v almost on your back between your bum & back bulges, that is no longer there.

gaggiagirl · 18/01/2024 18:33

Yes you have! Well done!

thepurgebegins · 18/01/2024 18:35

Haha bless you. Well done to you too!

Oh my goodness I never thought to look at the pic on the side. After doing so I understand what you mean 😳 .. and I'm not offended at all I can't be upset if there genuinely is a change 🤗

Definitely

OSU · 18/01/2024 18:41

Agree with the others! Definitely more tone, less spare tyres. Congrats!

YoBeaches · 18/01/2024 18:42

Absolutely there is a change. Well done :) what's been your approach?

thepurgebegins · 18/01/2024 18:54

Yes! There is a noticeable difference, especially around your middle. Are you feeling a difference in yourself?

thepurgebegins · 18/01/2024 19:44

@YoBeaches thank you. I did a one food diet for two weeks to completley cleanse my pallete. This helped in my sweet tooth massively. I consumed 1000s of calories a day on chocolate alone and now can't stand anything sweet. There is nothing wrong though with having treats it's just how I've reacted. After that it's been intermittent fasting and calorie deficit which if done correctly always results in fat loss. Had to cut out cheese and oily food otherwise eat anything else I want.

Yes I can definitely see a difference. Well done!

Zanatdy · 18/01/2024 20:20

Yes definite change, well done

dizzydizzydizzy · 18/01/2024 20:32

You look much slimmer in the second picture. Well done!

baubletits · 18/01/2024 20:39

Yes there's a noticeable difference, you must feel great!

I'm 3 weeks into my healthy eating and exercise regime and am most disappointed I'm not yet a size 6 😂

Have you been following any specific plan?
