I have just bought myself a gorgeous new baby carrier (a chunei...) but it only just does up!
I want to take it on my holds next month so I need to lose weight but mostly off my waist/stomach, so as well as dumping choccies/cakes and all other assorted crap I normally eat, what exercises would be best for this?

(also consider the fact I am a broke SAHM with a 6 month old and a 2 year old, so need to be sitting room floor exercises!)

Good old sit ups I'm afraid!!! For the oblique muscles try twisting your body so your elbow reaches for the opposite knee, keep your chin away from your chest and your elbows out to the side of your head. You can also try lifting the opposite leg/knee to intensify the movement. Remember to work your lower back also - if you do one side and not the other you could injure yourself. Lie on your front and raise your head with your hands in front of you, then intensify by raising all the way to your chest, so you look like a cat stretching! Also try raising your hands away from the floor.

I think that walking/running is a fab excersise, and you can do that with the kids too!
