Diet for a fussy eater!

Hi, I have about 1.5 stone to lose but find healthy eating tricky as I’m quite a fussy eater, anyone like me found a way?
Starting with breakfast, I really can’t eat anything savoury at breakfast, I don’t like porridge or yoghurt so tend to skip breakfast as I’d rather not eat than have eggs/omelette/yoghurt etc.
For lunch I have access to a microwave and tend to take a rice pouch, left over jacket potato or a sandwich. I really hate salad.
Tea is generally bolognese, jacket potato, chilli or something like that. I don’t like fish. Don’t mind most vegetables.
I do eat chocolate every day but don’t drink alcohol, not bothered for crisps or cheese so can resist those pitfalls.
Anyone have a sweet tooth and aversion to salad and managed to lose weight?
I am perimenopausal and have an underactive thyroid which don’t help. I walk a lot though (an hour most days and a fairly active job).
Any hope for me?

Your diet sounds OK assuming you fill up with veg at dinner time. Maybe you just need to stick to your two meals a day, don't eat anything else and cut portion sizes ?

You don't have to change what you eat to lose weight, just eat it less of it.

Just eat the same as now but less. Choose a smaller jacket potato, don’t put as much cheese on top, just make half a sandwich not a whole one and have a piece of fruit or veg with it, have chocolate every few days not every day.
