Im on 2 different medications both have weight gain and slowed metabolism as a common side affect.
how the hell am i supposed to lose weight it feels impossible. Ive gained 2 stone since last summer and i was already overweight. Ive tried weight loss injections, they work ok but I can't afford them long term and when i stop them the weight goes back on.
I feel so low about myself and have such low self esteem now.
has anyone got any advice

Eat what you would eat whilst taking the weight loss injections, but without taking them. The injections don’t make you lose weight it’s the eating less whilst on them that makes you lose weight.

I think you need a review with your doctor about your medicines. There’s always alternatives and hopefully ones that don’t make you gain weight.
