There's nothing quite like catching a glimpse of your body in a changing room mirror to kick start change is there?!
I'm at the higher end of normal BMI (5'6", 10st2lb) but overall I'm just a bit wobbly and so badly unfit. So I don't "need" to lose a lot of weight but I'd like to refine my shape a bit.
I'm also feeling generally a bit bleurgh after all the junk food and excess alcohol over the festive period.
Don't really have much of a plan other than to eat a bit better and try to move a bit more. I don't have a gym membership or any intention of getting one so it'll be walking and YouTube workouts all the way! Any recommendations and people to join would be smashing.
