How do you stop the negative thoughts?

I'm going to pass out if I don't eat (between meals and chocolate, biscuits, crisps)

I'll never loose it anyway so what's the point

How do I stop this? I've been trying to exercise 5-6 times a week and keep my step count up but I've hit a wall this week. Feel so tired and 'treating' myself with food
