Im only 5 foot tall and my tdee is 1300. I'm in the normal weight range but I would like to lose a few pounds I've put on over the last year. If to lose weight you need to eat 500 less calories a day that means only eating 800 calories which is just way too low and not easy to stick to. I don't exercise as I have 2 littles one and I have no energy for that. So how do I shed these few pounds? Do I really need to only eat 800 calories a day?
