That's it! I'm going to weigh myself this morning and I'm pretty darn scared to see what it says.
I had my baby 11 weeks ago now via C-section so there really is no excuse. I'm overweight...a lot.
No point of this thread other then to express how anxious I feel about doing this. Hand hold please 🤣

Hand hold here. Go easy on yourself though, you've not long had a baby.

I started a diet yesterday and felt the same about the scales. It was quite a shock seeing 12st 6 on the scales for me.

There really is an excuse if you've not long had a baby- it's the one undeniable excuse. Be kind to yourself 🙂

By the way, as my username reflects, I use waist circumference instead and I've been a lot happier with it as a method.
