High fibre for weight loss

Does anyone follow a high fibre plan/diet for weight loss? Is it working for you? I'm interested in increasing my fibre intake..
I calorie count but the plan I use recommends 24g of fibre a day. I have to be extremely mindful of trying to reach this target- and plenty of days I get nowhere near it. I've seen other daily recommendations of 30-35g fibre daily.
Just wondering if other people do this and how they manage it consistently and while staying within calories/hitting protein goal etc.
Typically for me, a high (just about hitting 24g,) fibre day will be; chia pudding type thing for breakfast.. some kind of soup/bean casserole for lunch.. and something with a wholemeal pitta at teatime. I try to fit in apples/pears/raspberries/flaxseed if I can.
Any tips on how I can increase my fibre further? Any meal/snack ideas welcome!

I've been 'on the F Plan' since I bought a copy at the Scout jumble sale in the mid 80s. Works for me!

I eat all bran every day of my life and hate having anything else for breakfast. I have lentil soup for tea.

I don't stick to calorie counting so my weight goes up and down with the ebbs and flows of my life but high fibre is the absolute bedrock of my diet. I swear it has helped me manage my weight because I'm a terrible sweetie addict and within reason, it whips through me.

I'm not 'following a high fibre diet' per se ... I'm doing the Zoë trial, and have consequently upped the amount of veg I eat and in particular more beans and lentils. So without any real thought on the matter I'm averaging over 30g of fibre a day.

Brilliant..
How much fibre does the f plan put you on?
Has the f plan been rebranded as the f factor? That's what's coming up when I google it. But could be something totally different.
