Help a girl out, I need support and to be held accountable.I go on holiday in just over 7 weeks and I really want to lose a stone by then.
I'm doing CrossFit 3 x a week and trying (and mostly failing) to hit 10,000 steps a day. I'm currently hitting, on average, 7.5k. My diet is poor and this is the area I'm really struggling with. I know what I need to do, I just can't seem to bring myself to do it. Why is it so hard?
My ultimate weight loss goal is just over 2 stone and I'm hoping to achieve this by June.
CW: 13st 3lbs
GW1: 12st (by 28th Feb)
GW2: 11st (by 1st June)
