So over the last few years I have had a lot of success with Exante - times like now when I may have overdone the food and booze at Christmas 😂, I just do a few weeks of 800 calls on Exante and really easily get back to where I want to be.
It works for me as I am very all or nothing so doing the same with 'real food' just doesn't! I know it's not everyone's idea of a 'good' way to lose weight but it's what I do and it works.
However...the Exante products I use are out of stock and have been for a month or so. I have emailed customer service and just get a vague answer, so am now looking for an alternative.
