Intermittent fasting for belly fat

Does IF work? Really want to lose belly fat. I eat healthy, low carb and I am slim everywhere else. Just cannot shift this belly fat.

It works the same way any other method does. You eat less! Fat placement is genetic some people are lucky and store it in their arse others around their gut.

It's just a case of losing the fat. Unfortunately no diet or exercise will target belly fat alone.

It worked for me, although as pointed out above you can't target one area. It's a little bit addictive, watch out for straying into eating disorder territory if you've ever had any tendencies towards that.

@waistchallenge thank you, have you managed to maintain it?

Yes, I have but it's not been long yet! I like the Zero app. I do have to point out I've recently deliberately put some back on because I didn't look good at a size 8, my face looked a bit too thin even if my abdomen was flat. That's totally dependent on the person, though.

Following as curious to hear views. I am actually about to do my first 24h fasting from this evening. A friend does this once a month and she said it helped with her weight loss

@waistchallenge ikwym about face going to thin, it happened to me too when I went low carb. How long did it take you to get a flat belly on the IF?
