Just out of interest, I'm currently fasting 16:8 and wonder if I'm on the right plan for Me!
Previously had a very successful stint on Slimming world, 3 stone lost in 9 months but half of that is back on now after indulging a little too much last Year!
My eating window is 12-8 daily, but on average I've been having my last meal of the day around 5pm. I'm not weighing myself just going by clothes and photos! (Sounds silly maybe but I became obsessive weighing on SW)
I've managed to lose roughly 1lb / 1.5lb a Week for 3 months now - but had a break over Xmas.
Todays food diary:
2x White Coffees
2x Tea
1 x Can Fanta
1x Ltr Water
Lunch - small pack of salted pretzels and an apple plus half a chicken breast.
Dinner - Jacket Potato with butter, beans and cheese. Medium bowl of grapes, 4x Cherry Tomatoes, cucumber and a Malteser mint chocolate reindeer (snack size!)
Yes it wasn't the healthiest, not enough protein or greens etc. etc... but life is busy and this is all I had time for today.
