Granola alternatives?

Hello,

I'm a big granola fan (usually purchase the tropical granola from Tesco) to have with Greek yog and berries/banana/blueberries etc - just whatever I can get in the shop that week.

I just worry it's not the healthiest thing I can have, is there any recommendations for something that I can add to make it healthier, I have around 20g for brunch (very rarely have breakfast then a separate lunch) just due to not liking eating so early in the morning.

Thank you! Grin

Why not try something like the Deluxe Muesli from Lidl. It's 50% fruit/nuts and the oats part isn't sugary or roasted with oil like in granola.

Porridge? That's as unprocessed as you can get.

Over night oats? Or make your own granola and then you can control what's in it, keep sugar down? Another option could be to change the ratio and make your brunch more about the yogurt and fruit and just have a small amount of granola as a crunchy topping?
