Hi all
thanks to the wonder of semaglutide I'm finally losing weight aged 43. I'm obese but on the lower end (highest ever weight 15st 5 during lockdown but that was an anomaly, usually sit at 14-14.5 stone). I've been that weight since my late 20s with minor fluctuations. Anyway, I'm losing slowly and steadily which is a miracle and I'm willing to stay on the medication as long as I need to keep it off so I'm seeing this loss as a long term change. However being 40s not 20s now I'm seeing my skin get baggy. I moisturise every day (always have) and I know it's just the way of things but is there anything at all I can do to mitigate it? I'm sure the answer is no...

Theres nothing you can do to prevent it, its a myth that the type of weight loss or speed of weight loss will effect it, if you're going to get it, you will get it, its genetic

But, do bear in mind that what it looks like now, wont be how it looks in a years time, or 2 years time, it will change over time, it will look its worst now and needs time to even out.
