Has anyone ever signed up to one of these that they can recommend? Have seen some with comments before that they paid their money but nothing was ever delivered.😆

Why would you pay for an exercise app? It's all free on YouTube. Don't pay for anything!

Hmmm, an excellent point. Any recommendations for someone who needs to rescue their fat and creaking body?

Team Body Project, all low impact.

Lots of apps are free and you pay for stuff if you want to get the better version or something. A friend recommended one to me and said she only uses the free part and it's great

Rebel fit is good. Daily workouts rather than an app and a good community to check in with.

Yes I wondered about some of those home walking/ basic chair yoga apps. I would happily pay if they worked. Or if someone could recommend any YouTube ?

I've just been scammed by Dancebit the were advertising a month's trial I paid £18. I didn't really use it but then found they had taken two payments out of my PayPal account for £94 each. I reported to PayPal but they did not want to know.....so no protection from them. Trustpilot reviews show that lots of people have been scammed the same way. I know my money has gone but I am making sure whenever I see their Ads I am warning everyone. I've reported them to Facebook but Facebook normally does nothing

I use cat Jane fitness. Shes a PT on insta and has an app which is great.

I’m just joining in to save the post. I’ve been using fitness blender but low impact hard to find.
