I'm trying to think of a few things that I can do now to help me start 2024 for well. I would like to lose 12 kilos by this time next year. Plus actually look after my face and skin.
I'll pop my To Do and Ta Da lists below but would love some suggestions of anything you are planning.

Precooked some beans for quick protein
Have my vitamins in easy access place
Put drink water reminder on iPad which pings fit bit.
To Do
Sort out exercise clothes
Make a proper place for swim gear rather than throwing on the floor like a stroppy teen.
Make a list of easy prep/snacks and breakfast.
