Having done WW and SW and not keep stopping and starting them, am thinking I might be better just trying a totally different diet.

Anyone done GI diet and got good results? What are pros/cons. Any info gratefully received!

have been on India Knights diet for 6 weeks now. Although I didnt have a huge amount to lose, my clothes didn't fit, felt slow and flabby. I have found it well worth the preparation at the beginning, I have lost 2 pounds a week and feel really healthy. If you want to borrow the book let me know and I'll post it to you for a look b4 you decide it it suits you!

i am doing rosemary conley which is low fat and low gi. You get a weigh in and a class for £5.25. I have done it for 2 weeks and have lost 6 pounds. It is hard but because you dont get peaks and troughs in your sugar levels you dont really get hungry.
I have done ww before and I I think cause you are still allowed to eat crap your sugar levels go mad and can make you much hungrier.

rosemary definately helps you learn to eat better rather than make better choices iyswim
