I'm 5ft 3 and 17st I'm having issues with mobility I have 3 small kids... so I'm aiming to lose over 7st which is nearly half my body weight. I don't look obese but I carry a lot of the weight around my mid section.. just want to know if anyone has been in a similar situation weight wise that's all. Thanks in advance.

Also I've just joined weight watchers membership plan and I'm looking forward to starting my journey with them!

I swear by 16/8 (intermittent fasting) - it's so easy and completely changed my appetite.

Up your fruit (except bananas) & veg (except avocados) intake. Veggies are your friends and your allies. Eat absolutely loads of them. Pile your plate high. Keep a bowl of chopped raw veggies in the fridge for snacking, and have as much of them as you want, whenever you want. Carrots, celery, mange-tout, peppers, broccoli & cauliflower stalks (peeled), radishes, cucumber, tomatoes etc etc.

Figure out what your biggest weaknesses are (mine are beer, crisps & bread) and DON’T HAVE THEM IN THE HOUSE. You are far less likely to binge on Pringles, or whatever, if there aren’t any to binge on.

Good luck.
