In the 80s & 90s I remember lots of diets that gave specific instructions on what to eat. There was one I did called the rainbow diet where every plate had the full rainbow of fruit & veg on half of it and then a bit of protein & carb. And there was one which began each day with half a grapefruit. Do these still exist?
Really I'm looking to magically loose 2 stone without making any effort, but I thought something like this might kick start me.
