Looking through the notes I have kept on my weight loss journey, weight, food consumed etc. a year ago I weighed three stone more, I swim four times a week now, but I STILL have a horrible tummy which is making me feel despairing. I feel I tick all the boxes for a renewed lifestyle, but nothing more is happening. I am still keeping to the diet! I feel like crying

You weigh three stone less. That's a HUGE achievement. It's huge for your body and for your health.

I know it's not always easy, but take a moment and pat yourself on the back for having got this far.

It sounds like you have done amazingly! Are you exercising? I have a flabby middle after two massive babies and now the onslaught of mid life but I've found that doing a few crunches makes much more difference than dieting. Maybe try just doing 10 crunches before bed every day and you'll see an improvement really quickly.

Thanks it’s not been easy but worth it. I swim four times a week and swim for an hour. I think I have one more stone to lose
