On Saturday I broke up with my dp of 2 and a half years. I am devastated but have decided to turn it into a positive and use it as a push to focus on me. So I am focussing on losing weight and feeling better about myself. Low self-esteem definitely impacted our relationship.
I'm back to following team RH, swimming and training for a half marathon. I thought I would post here in case anyone wanted to join me but also for accountability.
I'm 5'5" and weigh 181 pounds and want to be between 147 and 154 so a long way to go. Yesterday was day 1 and I stuck to the eating plan, walked over 11,000 steps and swam 40 lengths...I'm ready for day 2!
