Any ideas how to log the calories when you free flow with cooking? So for example a made up chicken stir fry with veg, home made sauce using various bits and bobs- tomato purée, soy sauce, stock etc....

I've done so well today tracking everything but I'm usually a free flow cook and am finding it so hard to log things that are home made when it's not just plain simple ingredients!

Any suggestions?

You really have to weigh and measure everything or you just can’t accurately track.
I just log everything as a recipe and put the amount of portions in and log it that way. It means next time I make it I just check the amounts and make it exactly the same so it’s easy to just log, rather than make a new recipe to log iyswim.

You have to weigh it and measure it all!
