I seem to have forgotten how to say no to food and can't stop snacking or picking at food. I don't know how or when this happened. I also pick at food in secret!
If there is food on offer I find it impossible to say no anymore. I rarely feel hungry but won't skip a meal either. As soon as I've eaten it I'm annoyed with myself and tell myself I'll stop next time, but then seem to 'forget' I shouldn't be eating whatever it is!
I have got into such an awful rut. How do I reset my mind and remember I shouldn't be eating these things??
