Tonight I am starting a six week long bootcamp. You can go to up to five 30 minute classes a week, I intend to do minimum of three.
My other aims are;
- drink 2L water a day
- eat much healthier
- cut down on portion size
- 10k steps a day
I’ve charged up my Apple Watch to track my steps and have weighed myself in at 12 stone 9 (which makes me obese according to BMI!).
I’d love to lose a stone by January and will keep myself accountable on this thread by posting regular updates.
Would anyone like to join me?
