It's really subjective! So I enjoy the Mexican tacos meal, and the spaghetti bolognese. I hated the pasta carbonara, whereas others love it! The bars are fine, as are the shakes. The crisps are a godsend as you're allowed one packet a day on top of your meal replacement packets. The wafers and chocolate balls are nice too.
Make sure you get some vegetable bouillon from Tesco, as you're allowed to drink this unlimited! It can help take the edge off the hunger!
I've been on plan for two weeks now and finally know what I'm doing, so feel free to ask away!
