I’ve put a stone on over the summer too - I’m the heaviest I’ve been for a long time and at 42 I am really bloody struggling to lose weight!

If you want a weight loss buddy I’m in!! I’ve got to do something!

Me too, I'd gone from my heaviest at 17st 3lbs jan 2021 down to 14st 13lbs August 2022 and stayed between that and 15st 3lbs, then in August this year I've gone upto 16st 4lbs. I'm seriously lacking any motivation to start losing weight and it's getting me down 😒

Dont beat yourself up about it. Put it behind you and get cracking with the weightloss today, if that's what you want. Don't feel overhwlemed by the number on the scale but see today as the peak, and you will already start to lose by tomorrow if you take immediate action.

Fwiw I was stuck with a half stone of baby weight I couldn't shift and did the Big 3:

Low carb
Low calorie
8 hour eating window

It did the trick pretty quickly.

Me too, since July! I think I enjoyed the summer a little too much. Very frustrating.

It's almost gone now though, I have not had any alcohol or crisps since mid September...crisps are my weakness!

I've been on two holidays one in August and one mid October plus we lost our dog suddenly so it's been a lot of comfort eating and drinking.
I'm aiming for a stone in 6 weeks.
I'm 12st .11lbs now

Lost 2lbs this week onwards and upwards!
