Have you managed to stabilise your weight? Have you put any back on? Have you maybe even managed to continue to lose weight yourself afterwards?

I’ve had to come off it as I just can’t afford it any more. I’ve successfully lost a considerable amount of weight and I’m determined to keep it off with better habits. But I wondered what you’ve done to keep things off?

I lost 4 stone very quickly it made me sick I put the weight back on quickly too and I was eating once a day literally cottage cheese and salad which was a very small portion. My thyroid levels were always at 4 but after using saxenda have gone up to 9 so if anyone asks me no I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m booked in for a sleeve privately in November. Also I was still walking 15k a day and the weight still came back on but everyone is different

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like a really bad experience. Did you have a lot to lose to begin with?

I hope you’re feeling better now. Sounds like the sleeve is the way to go, good luck with it.

I replied in your other post but it’s not impossible I stopped around August and have still lost weight just at a slower pace and it takes a lot of mental energy
