I am 5ft 6 - what is my "ideal" weight?

i am slim frame - feel overweight.

If you work out your bmi, I'd guess you're about 24, where 25 is overweight, but "ideal" is 23 I think? (I can guess this as I am 5'7" and 11 stone, which is just overweight). so not overweight, but not ideal either.

depending on your build anything btw 9st and 11st is fine I think

huffpuff, my bmi is 24 and people describe me as thin! it depends on loads of things, but for optimum HEALTH most people should be between 20 and 25. Obviously, there are exceptions like those with large muscle bulk from training. 10st 6 sounds fine for your height. Why do you feel overweight?

cos i used to be 9 stone 7oz pre baby #2 and i guess that is just what i am used to.

My goal is to get to 10 stone and then try to maintain that as best i can whilst still drinking wine and eating what the hell i want!
