Hello, I’m on week 3 of Wegovy. I’m concerned that I am not getting enough protein in my diet and would like to add a protein shake in my diet but keep it low calorie.
There are so many on the market and I used to have MyProtein shakes in the last which didn’t taste nice, even with milk! Can anyone recommend what they use?
For reference, I will be using Oatly light or Oatly sugar free milk.
