I'm currently using this app. On sign up if you want to do the free trial first pay attention to what your accepting as it takes the trial payment then asks if you wish to bypass the trial and pay fir 3 months subscription straight away. And you will have already put in your card details for the free trial. And to cancel after the trial you must cancel the subscription on the Web page not just delete the app or it will still charge you
But on to the the actual app and diet, the app is very easy to use. Simple to navigate and understand. You can change the settings to conform with your individual requirements. I like the daily lessons which help to retrain your mind around food and exercise. The exercises are easy to change to your fitness level they range from beginner to high level. I'm on intermediate, I started with beginner but it was way too easy I'd say for people who are really unmobile due to injury or something or never exercised before. So I changed that setting and the length of time I needed daily (I changed mine to 20 minutes). The app reminds you of all the things your personal plan needs like to drink water and breakfast, lunch, dinner and exercise. I love the water tracker and reminder as I definitely was not drinking no where near what I do now.
I'm allowed 1400 calories a day in 5ft 2 and started the plan at 12 stones. but I can change this calorie allowance if i wanted to lose weight at a slower pace. I just wanted to try at the allowance plan they advised for the weight loss date which would mean within my 3 month subscription I could potentially hit my target weight.
So I've had the app for almost 2 weeks and I've lost 9lbs already. Still eating everything not limiting any food groups. And I can track the foods before eating them by either scanning the packets barcode (so handy and quick) or by inputting the food into the search list. So I've actually lost this weight with the food I usually buy shopping no special foods or anything. I'm really surprised in a good way as I'm 44 and since menopause symptoms have started I've found it extremely difficult to lose any weight, just a couple of pounds was hard work unlike osing weight like I have in the past, I actually thought I'd have a go of the free 7 day trial of this app not expecting much difference from otherthings I had previously used. So I'm happy to report on the fact that this diet and approach is working for me after the free trial I took up the paid subscription which I did think was a bit expensive but it's working so I'm glad. Maybe because of the price, it made me more driven to do it properly because £63.36 is a lot of money to me. And I thought at the time oh I dunno if I wanna pay that much. So that's my only downside the price .... just being honest.

They charged me £79 even though I only wanted to trial it for a week. They do not respond to my emails and of course not refunded me. Scammers, not recommended.

Just got charged £79 because it didn’t let me cancel the subscription in the app, I thought deleting my account and deleting the app would make it think that I don’t want to use the app or have access to the subscription but oh well just got charged a few hours ago, made an email to the refund email that they provide and I got a response saying that they have something g along the lines of high activity which is strange because it’s 3 in the morning. If I respond tomorrow that means that I haven’t got my money back

They did the same thing to me! £79 is a lot of money for an app that helps you count your calories and tracks your weight. Did you end up getting your money back??
