Just posting to keep myself accountable and see if anybody else is in the same position.
I've lost a stone over the past few months and look loads better and can fit in some of my old clothes. I've mainly done this by walking, I bought a dog and am now averaging at least 15k steps a day but usually more. I've also used intermittent fasting on and off.
My next goal is to lose another stone by Christmas. I'll only be 8lbs off my goal weight then and so will do that in January.
My plan is to IF everyday, walk the dog and cut back the drinking to once a month.
