I have been doing the one to one diet, and have lost 5 stone to reach my target weight. It worries me that I will put the weight on again, so really need to ideas as to how I can keep my weight down.
My consultant is great with recommendations of what to have for breakfast, and to continue with one product a day, and have a meal in the evening. But I really need to some ideas on meal plans I can do that will help long term.
Can anyone help with suggestions please.
