As the title and my username suggests, this sadly isn't the first time!
My weight is only heading one way, and it's not the way I want it to be.
Currently about 11st 4 I believe, have about 2 stone to lose. I've just had an awful realisation that if I don't start now, my New Year's resolution will AGAIN be to lose weight, and I can't bear it. I need to have made a start before then.
Sadly, my head just isn't in it at the minute. So any suggestions of how you managed to actually get your head in the right place would be helpful.
Plan is to get up tomorrow and make some better choices - anything is a good start!
