So today is the first day of my weight loss journey (again)
Last March I gave birth to my first and now I'm 10 weeks PP with baby no2.
Overall I've gained 6 stone. I lost 2 stone in the days after giving birth to no2 as I was carrying so much fluid.
I have went from a size 12 to an 18-20.
Re joined slimming world this morning and went back to the gym.
I feel good for it. It was time.
Has anyone else re started their journey? How is it going so far?
I need inspiration!!!
