I couldn’t see a thread sorry if this is a double up. Might help some of us stay on track?

I stopped Ozempic in August. From April to August I had lost 13kg. Since then I have lost another 2kg but am pretty static. It was great and worked well but I just can’t afford it anymore and was sick of trying to source it.

However I do need to lose another 10-15kg to be out of the obese range closer to a healthier weight.

I am struggling with my willpower, I am generally managing to eat well in meals but snacking has crept back in and this weekend it was someone’s birthday and there was cake and all kinds of nice foods so I did take part but tried not to over eat. I can feel I am close to falling off the wagon yet again as I always do and going back to my old binge eating ways. I’ve not even managed to keep up with my gym routine and have only been going twice a week!

For anyone who has stopped weight loss aids how are you doing?

I am going to try to get my head down and get some more weight off by the end of the year. I think the only way is to count calories now and up my exercise

I just shared this on another thread.

Exercise has always been part of my maintenance plan and this has spurred me on to start increasing what I do now. I have 6 weeks left on the drugs.
