Meal Replacement Shakes

I've done Exante shakes in the past and lost and felt great, lost a couple stone, etc.

Lately I'm feeling a bit rubbish, fruit and veg aren't appealing and I'm off my food--until eventually I just resort to a bunch of crappy empty calories.

So I quite fancy doing another shake diet, but I've read that Exante changed their formula and the shakes aren't as nice.

If you have tried meal replacement diets before, which brand did you think was nicest?

New You ones are actually decent and the meals too. I keep costs down by doing 2 PHD shakes for B & L sometimes and then 2 packs in the evening. 4 stone down and even in holiday etc I only put on 4lb in 10 days as I had adjusted. Codes available too.

That sounds good. I tried a couple of Huel and Slimfast bottles when I was in a rush and they were ok, but more expensive.

I like the premade slimfast ones. I buy off Amazon, 4 x 6 packs at a time, using the subscribe and save it usually comes down to £32-£34/ish or £1.42/bottle.
