Pear shape advice

Hi I’m 5’0 and I’m not overweight but I carry all my weight on my thighs. I absolutely hate my figure but not sure what to do to get rid of it. The only way I got smaller thighs previously was when I lost a lot of weight for my wedding but I lose it all from the top first and then people said I was too skinny. So how do I get thinner thighs without losing too much weight everywhere else? I know you can’t spot reduce so is this just something I’m going to have to live with?

I’m exactly the same. Pear shape with huge saddlebags. I hate it but there’s nothing I can do about it. Even if I got really skinny I’d still have big thighs, so I choose to be a size 10-12 with massive fat thighs 😅

Same, if i am small enough to start getting thinner thighs then that comes with arms like twigs.

I got in the gym and built my back, chest and shoulders. Lots of heavy weights to add muscle mass. Now I am much less pear shaped because my figure is more balanced.
