Hi I’m 5’0 and I’m not overweight but I carry all my weight on my thighs. I absolutely hate my figure but not sure what to do to get rid of it. The only way I got smaller thighs previously was when I lost a lot of weight for my wedding but I lose it all from the top first and then people said I was too skinny. So how do I get thinner thighs without losing too much weight everywhere else? I know you can’t spot reduce so is this just something I’m going to have to live with?
