Hi Folks,
I recently heard of BodySlims and follow it and Carla (Half of ) love her cooking demos and like to know why people just do not just continue on their own after a round? Some do but sign up again after the break.
Why do you need to buy 3 or 4 rounds to continue and not just do the rest on your own? I understand you will not lose all of your weight in 10 weeks.
Is there a different program after the first or does the app or site close on you, when the round of 10 weeks is over. I think that is what it is 10 weeks? Do you get a meal plan or menu and I am vegan so I do not want recipes for non-vegan. I know Carla is vegan. :)
Last question do you ever get discounts after a round? I have seen no promos for discounts on line ever.
Oh I am in the US so I would be a client or member online only.
TY Sorry a lot of questions.

I’m a first timer on the current course but the friend who recommended it is doing it again even though she only has a few pounds to lose as she loves the mental health aspects. I don’t think she got a discount and I get the impression the course is the same - the videos are new but I assume the content is similar. The seminars and support videos play a big part in keeping you motivated to keep walking and stick to your calories over the 10 weeks. I know she felt she got a lot more out of the course than just weight loss.

There are some menu suggestions and meal plans but I wouldn’t say that’s a big part of it. Some people post meal ideas on the social media stories. I would also say to watch a few of the YouTube videos with Gerard as you will hear a lot from him. I’m normally allergic to motivational speakers but he’s very good.

There is additional content when you repeat the course - e.g. more advanced exercise video, confidence whispers, core strengthening exercises - which is all great. But the main reason someone would repeat is because Ger is an awesome Head Coach. Doing the course 100%, watching his twice daily short videos and the weekly seminars etc means you achieve way better results than trying to do it all on your own.
