Looking for perspectives and possible persuasion...
I'm 9 months post partum and put on three stone while pregnant. Although I've managed to lose two stone of baby weight by just watching what I eat and walking a lot, it's really stalled now and I'd like to lose a further two stone to get me back to my proper feeling fab weight.
I've had success in the past with both SW and fasting (Fast800) but feeling a bit lost and undecided in terms of how to proceed this time. Baby is weaning but still on the boob occasionally at night and for comfort so not overly concerned about milk supply.
So, I guess I'm asking what would you do in my situation? SW or Fast800? Which is likely to be more sustainable and fit in with life?
